As we approach the 20th anniversary of the album Illmatic, Nas is gearing up for a re-release of this project titled Illmatic XX along with the Time Is Illmatic documentary. Here, we have a trailer, which provides a view of the creative process that Nas had to create this classic album. Expect this film to premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival on April 16th, with a release in theaters soon. Illmatic XX arrives April 15th and can now be pre-order on iTunes. Watch this trailer above.
