Uber has put a hold on self-driving operations in Phoenix, Pittsburgh, San Francisco and Toronto today. The change comes after the unfortunate circumstance of a pedestrian was killed by a self-driving Uber vehicle in Tempe, Arizona this morning. A representative for the company has released a statement in regards to the incident.
"Our hearts go out to the victim's family. We are fully cooperating with local authorities in their investigation of this incident."
