UNINTERUPTED Productions releases the first trailer for their upcoming film 'The Carter Effect' which looks back on Vince Carter's electrifying start in the NBA. The film will look at the 6 year run he had as a Toronto Raptor, and the larger impact it had on the city and franchise. Drake, Steve Nash, Boi 1da, Kardi, David Stern and more will be included in the documentary sharing their thoughts on Vinsanity's legacy. The film is set to premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival this September, you can watch the trailer above.
