Last year Levi's and Google announced they would be partnering for Project Jacquard, a program to develop and implement smart textiles. Now their ready to release a collaborative Levi's Trucker Jacket with smart fabric thread through out it. The jacket, while connected to your smartphone, will allow you to make calls, control music, and send messages by swiping or tapping on the arm cuff.

The jacket works by attaching a small Bluetooth device to a button on the cuff, which is paired to an app on your phone. It is also fully washable. You can purchase the jacket at its retail price of $350 USD on September 27th at Kinfolk in Brooklyn, Fred Segal in West Hollywood, and Concepts in Boston. It will release online on October 2nd on the Levi's webstore. Watch the collabs initial 2016 launch video above, and an in-hand first look video below.
