The latest artist in our Portraits series features our good friend and recent collaborator Vic Mensa. Coming off the release of INNANETAPE, his first solo project since leaving Kids These Days, Vic was on a mission to prove himself as an independent artist with a big voice. It's no secret this kid has skill, just ask J. Cole who called Vic up to have him join the What Dreams May Come Tour.
In his Portrait, Vic tells an amazingly vivid story about how he almost died trying to sneak into Lollapalooza, the same festival he performed at one year later.
