Lyft is beginning a new subscription program called 'All-Access' and has begun testing the new service this week. The service is set to have customers pay a weekly or monthly rate to pre-purchase rides for their weekly commutes. Stay tuned for more news to be revealed on Lyft's 'All-Access' service.
