Today, Lil' Wayne has announced that he has put together a new festival. Titled Lil' Weezyana Fest, this event is set to take place in his hometown of New Orleans at Champions Square’s Bold Sphere Music on August 28th. Look for many surprises along with a possible reunion of the Hot Boys.
